What We Do
The Law Offices of Thomas J. Lamb, P. A., is a North Carolina law firm that handles certain types of personal injury and wrongful death cases.
We will handle your case not only competently and professionally, but with genuine care and understanding. Any inquiries from our clients are responded to promptly, and telephone calls are always returned without delay.
Our law firm has a long history of representing people in mesothelioma lawsuits, asbestos lung cancer cases, and asbestos-related disease North Carolina workers compensation claims.
It is important to know that people who have had asbestos exposure in the past can develop malignant mesothelioma — also called mesothelioma cancer or meso — lung cancer, throat cancer, or some other type of asbestos-related cancer, as well as asbestosis, many years later.
Pharmaceutical drug litigation makes up a significant part of our practice.
We handle cases involving certain prescription medications that have been associated with serious adverse reactions causing serious injury or deaths to patients. Some of these drugs have been withdrawn from the market, or recalled, by the FDA and the drug company.
We are currently investigating certain cancers (kidney / testicular / pancreatic) which might be associated with GenX exposures in Southeastern North Carolina. At the present time, there are still various uncertainties surrounding these possible cancer cases due to GenX in drinking water.
We are currently investigating breast implant cases that involve lymphoma and blood cancers following a March 2017 FDA Update concerning reports the agency has received about women who have had breast implant procedures done and, later, were diagnosed with these medical conditions.
How We Will Handle Your Case
The firm does not put its clients into any class action lawsuits. Rather, we favor an individual case approach, which allows us to give personal attention to our clients from start to finish.

Be Sure To Get Your Free Case Evaluation
You will find that (unlike many legal web sites) we use a specific questionnaire form for each different type of case in order to make clear the type of facts and information that we need to effectively evaluate your potential case.
There are no legal fees or any other costs incurred when you call to speak about a possible case or complete a case evaluation form.
Further, Tom Lamb will usually reply no later than the next business day to any Case Evaluation form you submit to us.
