It is how we work that distinguishes us.

My law firm is dedicated to representing people in lawsuits concerning serious injury or death. We work diligently and with care on behalf of our client, who could be the person who has been injured or the family of a person who has died. The types of cases we handle range from death due to one's use of a defective product or an unsafe prescription drug, to serious injuries suffered as a result of professional negligence or corporate misconduct.

I strongly believe that if your legal claim concerns a serious injury or death then it should not be made part of a large class action case; instead, your case deserves to be filed as an individual lawsuit. From experience, we have found that this approach produces the best result and it allows us to give you and your case our personal attention, from start to finish.

If you have a case, take a few minutes to tell us about your situation by completing one of our case-specific evaluation forms and I will respond promptly to let you know our impression of the case.
